A new step in Slow Fiber’s journey: today, 38 companies are united by a more conscious, transparent and enduring vision of textiles.
On 4 March, at Pattern Group’s headquarters, the assembly of the companies associated with Slow Fiber was held: the quarterly gathering that brings the network together to reflect on the present and future of the textile sector.
Led by Dario Casalini, President of Slow Fiber, together with Vice President Marco Bardelle and Luca Sburlati, CEO of Pattern Group and President of Confindustria Moda, the meeting represented a genuine moment of exchange among companies united by a shared vision: strengthening the value of the Italian textile supply chain through responsible production models.
At a time when speed is too often privileged over substance, Slow Fiber continues to point in a different direction. One that restores dignity to the time required by manufacturing, value to the quality of materials, and depth to the work of people. It is within this idea of industry that beauty once again aligns with responsibility, and the product with a culture of making designed to last.
The assembly also provided an opportunity to welcome eleven new companies into the network: an addition that brings the total number of businesses belonging to Slow Fiber to thirty-eight. A sign that speaks not only of numerical growth, but above all of the widening reach of a shared sensibility across the entire supply chain, from fashion to furnishings.
Bringing the day to a close, the visit of Elena Chiorino, Vice President and Regional Minister of Piedmont, further highlighted the value of a concrete dialogue between businesses, local communities and institutions. A voice that confirms how building a more balanced future for textiles requires a shared vision, strong alliances and a commitment capable of turning into action.
For Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia, being part of Slow Fiber means actively contributing to this purpose: supporting a supply chain that does not chase the ephemeral, but sees in coherence, quality and a forward-looking vision as the highest form of innovation.
