Earlier this year we met Silvia Moglia, principal of Istituto Tecnico Superiore Tessile Abbigliamento Moda in Biella, to confirm Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia’s intention to strengthen the partnership with the Institute, both in terms of internships and apprenticeship projects for young graduates.
The collaboration began with the internship of two TAM students who – one from 4 April to 6 May and the other from 4 to 29 April – will attend the Lessona plant in order to learn the production processes at our manufacturing units.
This is the first step in a series of initiatives that will also include interventions by Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia within the ITS TAM degree courses: concrete corporate testimony with a focus on career paths.
