Whistleblowing

Zegna Baruffa Lane Borgosesia S.p.A. has made available a confidential whistleblowing tool in order to allow stakeholders (i.e. employees, trainees, collaborators, customers, suppliers, shareholders, management, directors) to reporting any eventual or suspected irregularities, which they have become aware of.

To properly use the tool, we recommend:
1) avail of your personal computer, tablet, smartphone not connected to the company’s wifi or I.T. network. Reporting outside the office may be good to preserve confidentiality.
2) The report must be truthful, concretely verifiable, unbiased and detailed. Please note that false reports may lead to the risk of compliant for defamation or slander.
3) The report must regard breach of the Organisational Model and Code of Ethics and not concerning personal or working related matters (e.g. regarding night working shifts, overtime, salary, etc..).

N.B. The tool is a stand-alone SaaS and works separately by Company’s website and I.T. The tool is provided by Digital PA s.r.l. (registered office at Via S. Tommaso d’Aquino 18/A, 09134 Cagliari (CA), P. I/ C.F. 03553050927) and is designed to guarantee data confidentiality and security.
